Ordering procedure ?

The ordering procedure is as follows:

(i) Sending the order for the items with their basic specifications to ROCK CASTLE via the Site;

(ii) Reception of the quotation from ROCK CASTLE (which is only valid for a limited period);

(iii) Payment to ROCK CASTLE according to one of the payment methods listed on the Site;

(iv) Reception of the payment by ROCK CASTLE;

(v) Confirmation of the order and start of production by ROCK CASTLE; and

(vi) Shipment by ROCK CASTLE.

30 business days upon receipt of your payment.

Can I exchange my product?

As this product has been supplied and designed according to your specifications, the rights of withdrawal, exchange and reimbursement are not applicable, in accordance with Article 16(c) of European Directive 2011/83/EU of October 25, 2011 relative to consumer rights.

 

Taxes ?

Prices are in euros, VAT included, excluding customs fees, delivery costs and all other taxes.

 

Invoice ?

You can ask for an invoice when ordering.

 

Guarantee?

Rock Castle jewelry is guaranteed for 12 months from receipt of order. This guarantee is valid under normal usage conditions only and covers defects imputable to production. Ordinary wear, aging, alteration caused by perfumes or cosmetics, breakage, loss and damage due to inadequate care and maintenance are not included under this guarantee.

The buyer must be able to produce the invoice in case of any claim made under this guarantee.

The cost of repairs carried out on jewelry for which this guarantee has expired or which are necessary due to improper use will incur to the client.
