Through its Internet site www.rockcastlekingdom.com and its geographic site extensions .be,.fr and others (hereinafter the “Site”), ROCK CASTLE offers customers the opportunity to order customized jewelry and other similar products (hereinafter the “Service”).
The Site and the Service are managed by ROCK CASTLE, a company registered with the Banque Carrefour des Entreprises [Belgian companies registry] under number 0640.958.182 and whose registered office is at Avenue des Aubépines 4, 1640 Rhode-Saint-Genèse (Belgium).
This Service is subject to the [Site’s General Terms of Use] as well as to these General Conditions of Sale which you acknowledge to have read and approved. As in the Site’s General Terms of Use, ROCK CASTLE reserves the right to modify, at any time, all or part of these special conditions. Unless otherwise indicated, these modifications will come into effect immediately upon their publication on the Site.
This service is not accessible to minors.
1 – Prices
The prices applicable are those listed on the Site at the time the order is sent. These prices are also listed in the order summary.
Unless otherwise expressly mentioned, all prices shown on the Site are in Euros including VAT but excluding taxes, shipping and customs fees.
ROCK CASTLE may change the prices at any time. Price changes apply to any order that is sent after the change has taken effect.
In the event of an error in price or a price that is obviously too low, for whatever reason (technical or manual error, etc.), the order will be invalid.
The items remain the property of ROCK CASTLE until the price has been paid in full, regardless of its date of delivery. The transfer of risks relative to the merchandise takes place upon delivery of the consignment to the transporter.
Finally, you agree to receive invoices in electronic format.
2 – Orders
If you wish to purchase customized jewelry and other similar products, you are required to send an order. To do so, you must provide ROCK CASTLE with some specific information, in particular your identity and the email address to which the order confirmation can be sent.
The jewelry’s specifications will be predefined by ROCK CASTLE as far as possible (model, color, etc.) on each product’s web page. This allows you to become familiar with the basic characteristics of the jewelry you are ordering, prior to sending your final order. You agree that your acceptance is in consideration of these descriptions. Any dispute regarding the nature of the item must refer to the product description sheet.
The ordering procedure is as follows:
(i) Sending the order for the items with their basic specifications to ROCK CASTLE via the Site;
(ii) Reception of the quotation from ROCK CASTLE (which is only valid for a limited period);
(iii) Payment to ROCK CASTLE according to one of the payment methods listed on the Site: BANK TRANSFER;
(iv) Reception of the payment by ROCK CASTLE;
(v) Confirmation of the order and start of production by ROCK CASTLE; and
(vi) Shipment by ROCK CASTLE.
As this concerns the provision of goods manufactured according to your specifications, you acknowledge and agree that when you have accepted the ROCK CASTLE quotation, there can be no withdrawal, in accordance with Article 16(c) of European Directive 2011/83/EU of October 25, 2011 relative to consumer rights.
No order will be executed before the amount due has been paid and the order has been confirmed by ROCK CASTLE by email or by any other appropriate means. In this respect, ROCK CASTLE reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a user with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order, or who appears, in ROCK CASTLE’S opinion, to present any form of risk.

3 – Delivery
As a general rule, ROCK CASTLE undertakes to implement all reasonable means to execute the order within 30 business days, barring any case of force majeure or any other reason beyond its control, such as, notably, breakdown of production equipment, fire, etc. However, the start of this period only begins upon reception of your payment.
This production deadline does not include the time required for shipping and delivery, which will be ensured by a third-party transporter and for which ROCK CASTLE waives all responsibility in case of unsatisfactory execution or non-execution.
Shipping costs and delivery times will depend on the country involved.
4 -Returns
ROCK CASTLE undertakes to implement every possible means to ensure the manufacture of a quality product.
Nevertheless, in the event that a product is found to be non-compliant with your order, you have three (3) days from the date of delivery of your order to return the product in question to us. No claims will be accepted beyond this period. Any return must, however, be approved by ROCK CASTLE according to the following procedure:
- E-mail notification to smile@rockcastlekingdom.com informing us of the problem. When this is done, you will receive a product return number to include with your shipment.
- You must then return the entire product to us in its original packaging, along with the product return number.
- When we have received your shipment, our services will verify whether or not the incriminated product is compliant with the order. In case of non-compliance, your product will be replaced in the shortest possible time and your shipping costs will be reimbursed according to the current postal rates.
Notwithstanding the previous, ROCK CASTLE nevertheless cannot be held responsible in case of any error in selection that is imputable to you, such as text and choice of colors. Moreover, in the event that the items delivered by ROCK CASTLE have any hidden defect, ROCK CASTLE reserves the right, at its discretion, to remove this defect or replace the faulty item by another.
5 -Garantee
Rock Castle jewelry is guaranteed for 12 months from receipt of order. This guarantee is valid under normal usage conditions only and covers defects imputable to production. Ordinary wear, aging, alteration caused by perfumes or cosmetics, breakage, loss and damage due to inadequate care and maintenance are not included under this guarantee.
The buyer must be able to produce the invoice in case of any claim made under this guarantee.
The cost of repairs carried out on jewelry for which this guarantee has expired or which are necessary due to improper use will incur to the client.
